How You Can Make a Difference this Veterans Day

Military mom hugging with her child,Veterans Day is Nov. 11, and we’d like to take a moment to thank our veterans for their service. If you’d like to show your appreciation for those who served, there are many ways to provide legal assistance to Washington veterans.

WSBA members who take the Call to Duty pledge to serve veterans will receive information and resources about service opportunities, including:

  • Lunch and Learn webinars that highlight legal and nonlegal resources for serving veterans and their families
  • Volunteer openings across the state
  • Access to free CLEs on issues veterans face
  • Pro bono case placement
  • Early sign-up for Days of Service
