Membership in one or more of the WSBA’s sections provides a forum for members who wish to explore and strengthen their interest in various areas of the law. Nearly 1/3 of WSBA members currently belong to one or more sections.

Leadership Opportunities: Each section is run by a group of volunteer attorneys who are elected to serve on the executive committee. Many volunteer attorneys find leading a section to be a rewarding experience with leadership growth, professional development, firsthand experience with the legislative process, and collegiality as benefits.
